Shipping Policy
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
Processing
The processing time begins from the date you placed your order. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can then ship it.
Shipping
For one-time purchases, we offer FREE standard shipping on All Orders.
Our standard shipping time is usually 3-7 business days.
Please note:
Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
Currently, we accept orders from all contiguous states in the United States. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are NoT within our delivery area.
Please take attention that APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted for Express Shipping.
Shipping Delays, Losses & Damages
We work with trusted logistics partners to minimize shipping risks, but if delays, losses, or damages occur, we will handle them promptly in accordance with GMC guidelines and fair business practices:
Delayed Delivery: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeline (excluding customs delays and force majeure, e.g., natural disasters, logistics strikes), please contact us within 3 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the logistics carrier and offer solutions such as a full shipping fee refund or free expedited shipping for your next order.
Lost Orders: If your order is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, or if tracking shows the order is lost, please contact us within 7 business days. We will verify the situation with the carrier and provide a full refund or resend the order (at your choice) free of charge.
Damaged Items: If your bedding arrives damaged (e.g., torn fabric, broken tassels, damaged packaging), please take clear photos/videos of the damage and the outer packaging within 48 hours of receipt, then contact our customer support team. We will arrange for a free return and provide a full refund or replacement (no additional fees for the customer).
Order Modification & Cancellation (Shipping-Related)
Order Modification: If you need to modify your shipping address, shipping method, or other shipping-related details, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once the order is processed (packaged or shipped), we cannot modify any shipping details.
Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order due to shipping concerns, please contact us before the order is shipped. We will process the cancellation and issue a full refund within 1-2 business days. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy to return the item after receipt, and we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs, unless the cancellation is due to our error).
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase and then a shipping confirmation via text message and/or email with your tracking number once your order is processed.
