Return
We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return/exchange it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unwashed and undamaged condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@litanikahome.com. Please note that returns do not mail the item back to the original address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an eligible product (e.g., for a different size, color, or style), please follow the return process above and note your exchange request in your return application:
- Exchanges are only available for products of the same or higher value; if exchanging for a higher-value product, you will be notified to pay the price difference before we ship the new item.
- Exchange shipping costs: If the exchange is due to our error (defective, wrong item), we will cover the shipping cost of the new item; if the exchange is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size chosen), the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.
Refunds
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We do not offer cash refunds or store credit unless requested by the customer.
Refund Processing Time: Once the return is approved, we will initiate the refund within 1-2 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider (typically 3-7 business days for credit cards, 1-3 business days for PayPal). Refunds will be processed promptly after we confirm the returned product meets our eligibility criteria, in line with GMC’s “transparent refund” requirements:
Refund Amount: Eligible returns (non-defective): Full product price refund (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error, e.g., wrong product, defective item).Defective products/wrong items: Full refund (including original shipping costs) or free exchange (at the customer’s choice).
No Hidden Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees or processing fees for eligible returns – all refund amounts are clearly calculated and communicated to the customer.
Please Note
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 Hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
