Can you accept cash on delivery?
We're sorry that we don't accept cash on delivery so far. You can place order on our website directly, then we will arrange shipment for you soon.
How to use the discount code?
Applying a promotion code is simple! At Checkout, simply type the code into the box that says “Discount code or gift card” .Then, click the button that says “Apply.” All promotion codes can only be used once.
Can I cancel my order?
To process a cancellation, send an email to info@litanikahome.com within one hour of receiving your order confirmation. Cancellations are not guaranteed and the order cannot be cancelled once the tracking number is generated
How do I modify the items in my order?
At this time, we are not able to make any changes to the items in your order once the order has been placed. If you would like to add, change, or upgrade the items in your order, the best course of action will be to place a new order and return any unwanted items from your original order! All returns are subject to a $13 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

What countries or regions can you deliver to?
At this time, we only supports shipping to the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska)
Does Litanika offer free US shipping?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders and shipping to the contiguous (lower 48) United States. All offered shipping methods and shipping timelines are provided upon checkout.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
No, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. We process our orders within 24 hours. You can generally expect your orders to be delivered within 7 business days, but most of our products are actually delivered within fewer days!
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. So you can see where your order is.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible to see if it's possible to update the shipping address on your order. Be sure to include your email address, order number, and the correct shipping address in your message.
Once your order has been processed, we highly suggest making changes through the carrier!
Why hasn't my tracking information been updated for a long time?
According to our experience, this situation will occasionally occur with a very low probability. The possible reason is that the logistics system information is not updated in time. Please wait patiently.

What should I do if my order says it’s delivered but I haven’t received it yet?
Sometimes the carrier scans the packaged to deliver before the package is out for delivery. Please allow an extra day for the carrier to deliver your order. If you still have not received your order after a day, you can file a claim directly with the carrier or your can reach out to our customer service team at info@litanikahome.com with any additional questions and/or concerns.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return/exchange it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team for instructions. You will need your order number and details of the product you wish to return or exchange.
Who is responsible for the cost of return shipping?
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Can I still return an item if it's been washed?
